Why we exist

BIP was born in Madrid, started by two young founders who stopped waiting for someone else to solve a problem they saw every day: the gap between Spanish SMEs and the technology they need to compete. We decided to start building solutions instead of pointing at the gap.

In Spain, thousands of small and medium businesses run on manual processes, spreadsheets and generic tools that don't fit the way they actually work. Technology built around their needs seems reserved for the big players: expensive, slow and full of middlemen. We founded BIP to close that distance.

That's why we build custom software. We don't force-fit a closed product or sell licenses full of features you'll never use: we start from each company's real problem and build exactly the tool it needs, nothing more, nothing less. The result belongs to the client, fits their processes and grows with the business instead of holding it back.

We are a young company, and that has an advantage: you talk directly to the people who design and write your software. We understand the problem first and design the solution afterwards, with a fixed-price quote before we start and a real commitment to the quality of every delivery.

We have built our own software the same way: Nexora, the CRM and client portal we already use at BIP, and BIP HCM, a people management platform. You can see them in Projects.
